Complete refurbishment of a Grade 2 listed Georgian property in the heart of Fitzrovia. Initially modelled into two apartments, we were later contracted to undertake a second phase of works to convert into a single residence. Extensive negotiations with the local planning authority and remedial works were required to rectify historical unauthorised works.
